本人毕业于原上海第二医科大学，现上海交大医学院，七年制毕业后在麻醉科工作至今，期间又读了麻醉学博士。工作十多年，谈谈自己对医学行业的看法。仅代表个人观点，喜欢点个，不喜勿喷呀，谢谢。

首先，医疗行业是治病救人的行业，不管舆论上有多少负面的消息，其本质上还是个治病救人的行业，绝大部分医务人员默默的在用自己的知识和技术在治病救人。希波克拉底誓言也一直在心底回荡：

As a member of the medical profession:

I solemnly pledge to dedicate my life to the service of humanity;

The health and well-being of my patient will be my first consideration;

I will respect the autonomy and dignity of my patient;

I will maintain the utmost respect for human life;

I will not permit considerations of age, disease or disability, creed, ethnic origin, gender, nationality, political affiliation, race, sexual orientation, social standing, or any other factor to intervene between my duty and my patient;

I will respect the secrets that are confided in me, even after the patient has died;

I will practise my profession with conscience and dignity and in accordance with good medical practice;

I will foster the honour and noble traditions of the medical profession;

I will give to my teachers, colleagues, and students the respect and gratitude that is their due;

I will share my medical knowledge for the benefit of the patient and the advancement of healthcare;

I will attend to my own health, well-being, and abilities in order to provide care of the highest standard;

I will not use my medical knowledge to violate human rights and civil liberties, even under threat;

I make these promises solemnly, freely, and upon my honour.

作为一名医疗工作者，我正式宣誓：

把我的一生奉献给人类;

我将首先考虑病人的健康和幸福;

我将尊重病人的自主权和尊严;

我要保持对人类生命的最大尊重;

我不会考虑病人的年龄、疾病、民族、性别、国籍、信仰、种族等因素;

我将保守病人的秘密，即使病人已经死亡;

我将用良知和尊严，按照良好的医疗规范来践行我的职业；

我将继承医学职业的荣誉和崇高的传统;

我将给予我的老师、同事和学生应有的尊重和感激之情;

我将分享我的医学知识，造福患者和推动医疗进步;

我将重视自己的健康，生活和能力，以提供最高水准的医疗;

我不会用我的医学知识去违反人权和公民自由，即使受到威胁;

我庄严地、自主地、光荣地做出这些承诺。

其次，医疗行业是很辛苦的行业。每个行业估计都很辛苦，但医疗行业的辛苦也是显而易见的。

学习苦，医学本科需要五年，比其他专业都多了一年，大部分医生本科毕业后都读了研究生，博士，又是六年时间。光正规学习的时间最长达十一年，是想，人生有几个十一年？并且，医学知识更新快，需要终生学习。

上班苦，我们国家是八小时工作制，可医生很少有准点下班，一般提前上班，做准备工作或访视检查床位上的病人，每天接诊大量患者，很多医生护士忙的饭都顾不上吃，我自己周五一台手术麻醉持续了二十几个小时，第二天凌晨两点多还在奋战。加班是常态。特别是三甲医院。

第三，医疗行业是个危险的行业。每天与病人接触，防护措施和消毒措施做的再完善，也有很大的风险被传染上各种疾病。非典的时期，被感染最多的就是医务人员。白求恩也是医疗过程中手被划伤，感染后去世。

第四，医疗行业是个回报晚的行业，读书时间比别的专业长，比如我，比高中同学晚工作三年，我出来工作时，别的同学已经在社会立足了。现在还要经过住院医师规范化培训三年，专科培训三年，这漫长的时间收入其实不多，远低于其付出。

第五，医疗行业是个很有成就感的和幸福感的行业，每当我们治好一个病人，抢救成功一个病人，病人和家属一句谢谢，我们都会感到很大的欣慰。那种成就感和幸福感也是别的行业无法比拟的。我们是痛并快乐着！
